To Qualify for these trophy Competitions, Members of the Senior Section must have both attended 5 Rollups and have competed in 5 qualifying rounds in the previous 12 months.
Except if the player has been a member of the Senior Section for less than 12 months then the requirement is for 3 Roll ups plus 5 qualifying rounds at Wellow GC or a previous GC in the previous 12 months . General Play rounds do not count as Qualifiers.
Members without the required qualifying conditions can still play in the events that do not require pre-registration and receive "on the day" prizes but cannot be awarded the trophy or their score count towards the Eclectic Competition
